During a recent restoration project here at Camp Combs Garage, one of our restoration members brought in a Frame Coater Kit from KBS Coatings. The kit consisted of three quarts of KBS products. AquaKlean, RustBlast, and RustSeal. The KBS stands for Klean, Blast, Seal...simple huh? Expecting another POR-15 \"me too\" product in the fight against rust, our team was shocked! This is superior stuff! Each product surpassed our prior experiences with any other system of its kind, especially the RustSeal Satin Black finish. It sprayed beautifully (with a 10% thinning), and dried to a lustrous, even satin finish, which is amazingly close to OEM. In areas where we brushed on the KBS, the team could not differentiate between brushed or sprayed. This bullet proof coating is also available in gloss black, silver, grey, and clear, and is priced 10-15% lower than the others.
